Momentum for Health exists to help individuals achieve mental and emotional health, discover and reach their potential, and fully participate in life.

Momentum is the largest private nonprofit provider of adult behavioral health services in Santa Clara County. Our program and services for individuals living with a mental illness and substance use issues are comprehensive and include a prevention and early intervention program, adult outpatient services, employment services, day rehabilitation services, residential treatment, substance use treatment services, supportive housing and a volunteer program.

In June 2018, Momentum for Health was awarded funds from Kaiser Permanente to create a social marketing campaign that aims to reduce the stigma around behavioral health among youth, transitional-age youth and their families.
